BACHELOR'S DEGREE from an accredited college or university in business or information systems or a related field appropriate to the work of position AND THREE YEARS of project experience performing specific tasks within all project management phases, OR an appropriate combination of education and experience that demonstrates possession of knowledge and skill equivalent to that gained in the above, OR appropriate experience that demonstrates that the applicant has acquired the knowledge, skills, and abilities equivalent to that gained in the above. Should have experience managing projects to deliver IT and non-IT solutions to satisfy business capability needs. Must have skill to apply this knowledge to diverse and complex assignments that require development and implementation of new projects considering a variety of initiatives. Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently. Flexible during times of change. Ability to read and interpret communications styles of team members who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines. Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments/business units. Skill to determine compliance with established policies and procedures. Skill to communicate effectively orally and in writing with Headquarters staff and at field command level. Possess excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with senior personnel and field reps. Ability to identify, analyze and resolve issues. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Skill to supervise employees in the accomplishment of work.
