Senior Manager, Financial Business Partnering

Responsibilities

• Financial management of assigned large and complex global portfolios.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership teams to align financial goals with business strategy.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for VPs with insightful commentary and analysis. Ensuring that business decisions are driven by data.
• Partner with various departments to ensure financial targets are met and financial performance is optimised .
• Act as a subject matter expert on financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Prepare presentations and reports for the board, executive leadership, and other key stakeholders.
• Lead business case evaluations for new initiatives.
• Leading and mentoring Finance colleagues to support performance and team development.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience within financial business partnering or senior finance management role. Supporting complex, global organisations. Strong experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting .
• Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation. The ability to navigate a large and complex global organisation. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills (e.g., financial modelling)
• Leadership: Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach and mentor a team. Fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Business Acumen: Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate financial data into actionable insights. A strategic thinker with the ability to solve complex problems and navigate ambiguity.
• Qualifications: A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and a degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
