The Emotional Intelligence Training program is a leadership and professional development course designed to strengthen participants' ability to recognize, understand, manage, and positively influence emotions in themselves and others. Through self-awareness, empathy, relationship management, and behavioral analysis, participants develop the interpersonal competencies necessary to lead effectively, communicate with greater impact, and build high-performing teams. The program combines coaching, facilitated discussions, reflective exercises, and assessment-based learning to enhance workplace relationships, decision-making, resilience, and organizational effectiveness across civilian and defense environments.
