Student Management Officer #Jurong East

Responsibilities

• Assist with student case management, fact-finding, and investigations (e.g., reviewing CCTV, interviewing students/staff)
• Supervise students on internal suspension, detention, or late-coming
• Conduct patrols in canteen, toilets, play areas, and surrounding community zones
• Deter and report inappropriate activities (e.g., vaping, smoking)
• Support school events, exams (escort/invigilation duties), and emergency exercises
• Carry out other student management or operational duties as assigned
• Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with youth
• Prior experience in disciplinary proceedings, case management, or behaviour support
• Former uniformed personnel (e.g., SAF, SPF, SCDF)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (incident reports & case documentation)
• Able to de-escalate conflicts and mediate peer issues

Additional Information

Working Hour Mondays to Fridays: 7:15 am to 4:15 pm
