About the role
This role is responsible for leading financial consolidation, process alignment and improvement, and reporting and analysis across the global business for Working capital & Operations SG&A. This individual will be a key member of the Operations Finance team, interacting with Manufacturing, Procurement and the Supply Chain Finance teams. The analyst will take a lead role in driving data effectiveness, ensure adequate forecasting and planning activities. *Please note that this role requires onsite presence five days per week, Monday through Friday *Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We cannot sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time. Responsibilities Include: Working Capital Management Monitor and analyze key working capital metrics, including Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), Days Payable Outstanding (DPO), and Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO) Support development and execution of working capital improvement initiatives Support automation and digitization initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy Accounts Payable Optimization (Working with Procurement Teams) Analyze payment terms and vendor performance Identify opportunities to optimize cash outflows while maintaining strong supplier relationships Support implementation of standardized payment practices Inventory & Operational Support Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to optimize inventory levels Analyze DIO and across BU's and recommend actions Forecasting & Reporting Support short- and long-term cash flow forecasting Provide variance analysis and actionable insights Weekly Reporting of WC components SG&A Lead SG&A budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
