Financing Director

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive financing strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives
• Lead fundraising activities including equity financing, debt financing, and strategic investments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions
• Structure and negotiate financing deals, including term sheets and legal documentation
• Oversee financial modeling, valuation analysis, and investment proposals
• Monitor cash flow, capital requirements, and funding pipelines
• Collaborate with senior management on mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards
• Prepare and present reports to the Board of Directors and key stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred)
• Minimum 8-12 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or fundraising
• Proven track record in successful fundraising and deal execution
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with Singapore financial regulations and market practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
