KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Sales & Business Performance Drive achievement of NB sales targets and overall business goals. Develop and execute annual business plans and sales strategies aligned with partnership objectives. Plan and implement tactical sales campaigns for customers and sales teams. Monitor nationwide sales performance and initiate timely interventions using Business MI. Provide regular performance updates, insights and recommendations to Management. Partnership Management Build and maintain strong working relationships with bank partners and key stakeholders. Attend joint working group meetings and coll aboration sessions with bank partners and group counterparts. Ensure agreed s ervice level standards are met and resolve sales-related issues effectively. People Leadership & Development Lead, coach and motivate RMs and team to achieve assigned targets. Strengthen product knowledge, sales capability and need -based selling skills. Conduct regular field visits to branches and states to provide on-ground support. Customer & Compliance Ensure high standards of integrity, professionalism and compliance in all sales activities. Uphold company policies, regulatory requirements and bank partner frameworks. Operational & Risk Management Identify and manage operational and sales-related risks. Ensure timely implementation of audit and risk review recommendations .
