Responsibilities
- Partner with the Materials Manager to deploy the workforce in support of strategic priorities related to customer service, material flow, and inventory accuracy.
- Provide daily leadership and supervision to salaried and hourly employees, ensuring achievement of safety, quality, productivity, schedule, cost, and employee program objectives.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, encouraging participation and implementing standardized processes across the Materials organization.
- Plan and organize activities to support production deadlines while maintaining process consistency and standardization.
- Prepare inventory accuracy reports, maintain records, and take corrective action to address discrepancies.
- Assist with department budget preparation and ensure adherence to established budgets.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. (required)
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven ability to generate process mapping documentation, including specifications, engineering reports, plans, and procedures.
- Demonstrated capability in troubleshooting material processes and applying structured problem-solving methods to resolve downtime events.
- Demonstrated experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Background in participating in or leading material flow engineering reviews, design reviews, and packaging improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated proficiency in monitoring material consumption processes to maintain optimal stock levels, reduce excess inventory, and prevent stockouts.
- Hands on involvement in planning, mapping, and improving delivery methods.
- Demonstrated ability to document and create Standard Work and visual management systems for multiple levels of leadership and operations.
