We are currently seeking a highly experienced and compassionate Consultant in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry to join our NHS client's specialist mental health service in Bristol, Gloucestershire. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and shape psychiatric care for children and young people within a supportive and multidisciplinary environment. The role is available on a locum basis with an immediate start and offers competitive rates.
What will your responsibilities be?
As a Consultant in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, you will provide clinical leadership and psychiatric expertise in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of children and adolescents with a range of mental health conditions. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, contribute to care planning and safeguarding procedures, supervise junior medical staff, and support service development. The role requires a strong understanding of child development, family dynamics, and evidence-based interventions.
