Responsibilities

  • Oversee and direct the efforts of the marketing team which promote products and work with sales team where our products are sitting in to deliver the results;

  • University graduate with qualification in Strategy, Finance, Marketing, Commercial or similar fields - MBA preferred;
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and provide professional development;
  • 8+ years' experience in Marketing, Strategy, Business Planning, Commercial and/or Finance related roles - with particular emphasis on marketing and strategy;
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cultures and the agility to deliver results quickly in new and unfamiliar situations;
  • Proven track record of building and executing marketing and commercial plans for growth and mature brands;
  • Deep experience in global and/or China pharmaceutical industry;
  • Technical Skills Requirements:
  • Marketing expertise - well-rounded marketing experience in positions of increasing responsibility, with a focus on marketing expansion and identifying emerging market trends;
  • Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product and service management, sales and business development; along with a demonstrated track record of success and performance;
  • Strategic Agility - Broad knowledge & learning agility to develop clear perspectives on the business opportunities and challenges; Articulately paint credible pictures and visions of possibilities and likelihood; Ability to create competitive strategies and breakthrough plans;
  • Analytical Skill - Excellent ability to review and use data to develop insights and support decisions;
  • Innovative - Think out of box with ability to turn new ideas into tangible solutions; effectively challenge the status quo and bring different perspectives to the local China team;
  • Dealing with Ambiguity - Effectively cope with changes; Make decision and act without complete information; Comfortable with risk and uncertainty;
  • Communication - Excellent presentation and influencing skill and ability to interact with high level senior executives internally and externally;
