About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and resourceful Growth Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our expansion in the Italian market. In this role, you will: Influencer and Affiliates Marketing Primary focus will be defining, optimising and executing our Affiliate and Influencer marketing strategy, ensuring total alignment with our business goals and local market nuances. Manage the day-to-day operations of the Italian Affiliate and Influencer network, including pipeline building, relationship management, negotiation, and performance optimisation. Conduct data-driven research and analysis to support decision-making and provide the insights needed to scale channel performance. This includes deep dive analysis on acquisition rates, costs, profitability, product penetration and long term retention, Own the reporting of channel performance, key insights, and strategic plans during weekly and monthly growth steering meetings. Help define and improve marketing processes related to partnership tracking, attribution, and payout/budgeting for the Italian market. Ensure content compliance and internal rules and controls processing. Growth Marketing Identify and execute ad-hoc growth initiatives to drive user and revenue growth. Develop and manage co-marketing campaigns with strategic business partners to expand reach and acquire new audiences. Plan and coordinate offline growth initiatives, including traditional media placements, displays, and event activations. Lead social media collaborations with key partners to increase brand visibility and engagement. Coordinate content creation with external subject-matter experts and speakers to build public brand awareness and thought leadership. Proactively identify and execute new growth opportunities and experimental initiatives that support overall marketing and business objectives. What you need to be successful: Background: The Foundation: 5+ years of experience within high-paced marketing agencies or performance marketing roles, demonstrating a resourceful and versatile marketing background. Specialised Experience: At least 2 years of direct experience managing Affiliate and Influencer Marketing programs. Market Mastery: A proven track record of independently building and scaling new partner relationships specifically within the Italian market. Data Excellence: Proficiency in data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling) to audit partner performance and attribution models. Commercial Grit: Demonstrated ability to negotiate and structure diverse commercial deals, including CPA, CPL, fee structures, and commission tiers. Linguistic Fluency: Professional fluency in Italian is required; fluency in English is essential for collaboration with our international team. The "Plus": Experience in fintech or banking is a significant advantage.
