Contracts & Compliance Manager

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a reputable law school and a member in good standing of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
• 2-3 years of post-Bar experience in corporate law, contract management, or in-house counsel roles, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
• Advanced proficiency in drafting and governing complex commercial contracts with a firm grasp of laws relating to commerce, obligations, and sales.
• Proven track record of successfully transacting with and navigating the requirements of Philippine regulatory bodies (SEC, NTC, BIR, PEZA, etc.).
• Strong business acumen and the ability to exercise sound judgment to balance risk mitigation with commercial growth objectives.
• Excellent critical thinking skills with a proven ability to research complex legal issues and communicate their implications to non-legal stakeholders.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a disciplined approach to managing contract lifecycles and corporate records.
