Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and inspire the Secure Power team
- Own and deliver country P&L for Secure Power

- Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Business, Technical, Engineering, or IT
- Czech or Slovakian Language is preferred
- 1 0 + years of sales experience, preferably in IT/Data Center markets
- Proven track record in Secure Power products/services (UPS, cooling, power distribution) - a strong plus
- Experience with AI-related technologies or solutions in data centers/energy management highly desirable (e.g., AI-optimized infrastructure, predictive energy analytics, agentic AI for sustainability, EcoStruxure AI features, high-density AI cluster support, or liquid-cooled AI deployments)
- Strong networking skills to build/sustain customer and internal relationships, identifying opportunities in Data Center & Misssion Critical Markets
- Drive for results with a competitive mindset to win in dynamic markets
- Leadership in matrix organizations
- Passion for transformation, change management, and digital innovation (including AI adoption in energy/power sectors)

Secure Power Sales Director Czechia / Slovakia The Secure Power Division focuses on the IT Channel and Data Center segments , with emphasis on mission-critical applications for Government, CSPs, AI and Finance. We deliver reliable, efficient, sustainable critical power, cooling, and management software solutions-now increasingly AI-optimized-to make energy safe, affordable, green, and ready for high-density Data Center workloads. Mission Lead the Secure Power team in Czech & Slovakia to grow Schneider Electric's share of wallet and revenue in Key Accounts (CSP, Government, AI , Finance ) and IT Channel. Drive team and people development, foster cross-division/channel/systemic partnerships to maximize saturation across IT and non-IT channels and key end-users.
