Responsibilities
- Operations Management

- Complete nightly reports including staffing, incidents, and event outcomes

Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in event operations, hospitality, or venue management
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience required
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Experience in large-scale venues, attractions, or corporate event settings
- Knowledge of scheduling and labor-compliance best practices
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Ability to lift, stand for long periods, bend, push, and pull
