Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in event operations, hospitality, or venue management
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience required
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Experience in large-scale venues, attractions, or corporate event settings
  • Knowledge of scheduling and labor-compliance best practices
  • Bilingual skills a plus
  • Ability to lift, stand for long periods, bend, push, and pull
