Job Description & Requirements Overall in charge of operations. Plan work schedule Provide immediate supervision, assign tasks, check works at frequent intervals, and maintain schedules Ensure employee follow safety, quality requirement, and all applicable company policies at all times Support overtime. Must have relevant experience. Other duties assigned by the manager or director Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Maintain good customer service toward guest, residents, shoppers and customers Assist in the execution of shopping mall's promotion and redemption programmes. To assist in office and administrative matters. Handle all customers' enquiries and provide assistance To learn and familiarize with the different systems and SOP. To receive and forward all courier service documents & parcels at the reception counter. Any other task as assigned by immediate supervisor/management.
