Software Engineer Principal (UX Design SME)

Responsibilities

• User-Centered Design & Strategy
• Lead end-to-end UX design efforts from discovery through delivery
• Conduct and synthesize user research (interviews, journey mapping, usability testing)
• Translate user and business needs into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Define experience principles and design standards aligned to enterprise objectives

• Aligns business strategy with software solutions.
• Proposes, designs & codes software solutions to address complex business needs. Oversees technical and procedural documentation required.
• Leads complex problem solving.
• Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues and solution development.
