Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of client's personal insurance needs, from information gathering, preparing applications and renewal marketing to policy administration.
- Explain coverages and types of policies, suggest specific coverage enhancements, and resolve general customer inquiries.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, their representatives and insurance company personnel.

Requirements
- Exceptional aptitude for customer service with a minimum of five years of Personal Insurance industry experience required, including
- Experience with personal high net worth carriers such as Chubb, PURE, Berkley One & Cincinnati.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Upbeat attitude and strong written, verbal, and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AMS/Image Right
