You will play a central role in shaping the guest experience, supporting the team, and helping create a restaurant environment that runs with energy, care, and attention to detail. As General Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operation and set the tone for service, teamwork, and accountability across the restaurant. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving food service setting and enjoys balancing people leadership with operational excellence. Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and consistent execution. Lead, schedule, and support front-of-house and back-of-house team members. Manage inventory, vendor orders, and supply levels to avoid service disruptions. Monitor labor and food costs while maintaining quality and profitability targets. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards across the restaurant. 3+ years of experience managing restaurant operations in a fast-paced food service environment. Hands-on experience scheduling staff and managing restaurant labor effectively. Strong experience with cost control in restaurant operations. Proven experience hiring, training, and supervising hourly front-of-house and back-of-house staff. ServSafe certification. Eligibility to work in the United States. Experience helping launch a restaurant is a plus. A college degree in any field is preferred.
