Roles and Responsibilities Safety & EHS Leadership: Champion the EHS vision. Ensure all field activities are performed according to safety protocols. Lead by example in risk assessment, incident reporting, and continuous improvement of site safety practices. Operational Leadership: Provide leadership to the overall EMEA MCU and Blade service teams. Oversee the supervision, organization, and execution of service projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, cost, and quality management. Strategy & Planning: Influence the development of regional service strategy, including resource allocation, policy formulation, and process improvement. Interpret business challenges and recommend best practices to enhance service efficiency. Project Management: Manage project methodologies and standards to fulfill customer orders. Ensure effective coordination and scheduling are performed prior to and during the execution phase. Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong contacts with customers and 3rd party providers. Act as a primary point of contact for service performance, expectations, and demand planning. Technical & Operational Decision Making: Utilize in-depth knowledge of best practices to solve complex operational, product, or engineering-related problems. Use technical expertise and data analysis to support recommendations and drive new solutions. Team Development: Serve as a resource for professional staff, providing mentorship and guidance. Build consensus and influence stakeholders on strategic topics. Ensure the team is aligned with the latest technical developments in the field. Required Qualifications Knowledge level comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant professional experience). Significant experience in Wind Turbine Services and Services Project Management. Demonstrated experience in field leadership and managing large, complex project teams. Ability to speak and understand English fluently. Professional qualification, preferably in technical discipline Demonstrated customer relationship and contract management experience Experience managing a P&L and implementing Service strategies in an international environment Ability to work and influence effectively across functions in a matrix organization to make an impact Ready for frequent domestic and international business travel Desired Characteristics Proven track record of managing EHS requirements in high-risk field environments. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to lead both direct reports and cross-functional teams. Exceptional oral and written communication skills; ability to explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus. Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex technical or operational problems.
