About the role

The Sales Account Manager is responsible for leading commercial engagement across a defined portfolio of strategic accounts. Requirements

  • The following are required for the role
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or other non-technical field with at least 7+ years of commercial experience in coatings; or bachelor's degree in chemical or materials engineering with a minimum of 5+ years of commercial experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese required
  • Availability for travel: Up to 50%, primarily within Brazil, and up to 20% to other LATAM countries.
  • The following are preferred for the role:
  • Experience in global, local or multi-site account management
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, forecasting systems, and commercial analytics, such as SFA and SAP
  • Experience on industrial coatings for packaging labels.
  • Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., MBA, PMP)
  • Spanish proficiency is a plus for engaging multinational clients and supporting regional account activities
