You will serve as a Supervisory Financial Management Analyst in the Financial Management Division, as a Budget Officer within the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Europe, Africa, Central (NAVFAC EURAFCENT) ensuring projects meet mission objectives in Capodichino, Italy. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Interpreting and reviewing financial policies and guidance to recommend proper course of action on an issue to support funds fidelity and elevating complex issues for further guidance as needed; 2) Assigning work to subordinates based on employee's capabilities, priorities and difficulty; 3) Holding employees accountable for their assigned work, and administrative tasks; 4) Devising solutions to problems by developing and or modifying accounting or budgetary methods and techniques; and 5) Ability to leverage financial systems and data analysis to produce reliable information for decision making or answer questions.
