Acts as aresident telecommunications expert and approves equipment invoices as required for telecommunications projects.MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:(% of Time, Primary / Secondary)Maintains awareness of and ensures compliance with ANSI, NEC, IEE standards, architecture and protocol standards, the Company's SafetyInstructions, corporate accounting requirements, and collective bargaining unit craft work rules applying to telecommunications projects.Provides client consultation and supports and demonstrates the ability to effectively define and communicate problems, options, and recommended solutions.Prepares strategic plans for corporate telecommunications networks and services, as well as exhibits, tables and text for planning reports.Performs research and analysis of customer business applications to determine functional requirements. Collects network performance statistics.
