Reliant is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Product Owner to support the delivery of innovative solutions within the healthcare cost containment space. This role will drive product vision, backlog management, and execution in a fast-paced Agile environment. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on JIRA experience, excels at translating business needs into clearly defined user stories, and can effectively partner with engineering, QA, operations, and compliance teams. Experience in medical cost containment and/or Out-of-Network (OON) pricing is strongly preferred. Primary Responsibilities Own and manage the product backlog in JIRA, prioritizing features, enhancements, and defects aligned to business value and strategic objectives Write clear, concise user stories with measurable acceptance criteria to guide engineering and QA teams Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (clients, operations, compliance, engineering, QA, leadership) to gather, refine, and document requirements Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and related Agile ceremonies Define product roadmap and release plans in alignment with business and regulatory priorities Ensure delivered features meet business objectives, operational needs, and healthcare regulatory requirements Analyze workflows to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and efficiency improvements Partner with QA to validate acceptance criteria and ensure high-quality product releases Track metrics, risks, and delivery progress; provide clear status updates to leadership and stakeholders
