Your Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with experience in construction-related projects to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting project costing, preparing quotations, managing progressive claims, and coordinating closely with our sales and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed costing and budgeting for projects.
- Develop and submit quotations for tenders and sales proposals.
- Handle order submissions accurately and on time.
- Prepare, compile, and submit progressive claims and related documentation.
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure accurate project information, timelines, and requirements.
- Assist in keeping track of variation orders, project cost control.
- Maintain proper documentation, records, and compliance with company and project standards.
- Liaise with operation teams, suppliers, and contractors where necessary.
- Assist with our Malaysia business unit.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience in construction projects is required (interior fit-out, architectural, background is advantageous).
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation, quotation preparation, and contract documentation.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with QS or project management software is a plus.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Organized, meticulous, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
