About You We require an enthusiastic, initiative-taker with an ability to manage a team and ensure good governance, financial delivery, and legal compliance. You Will Possess - Experience of managing a charities day to day affairs - Experience of financial management and reporting. - Experience of working with the Corporate Social Responsibility and/or Charity sectors - Experience of managing multi-million pound Corporate and/or Charitable Giving programmes - Experience of leading a team - An ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. - An ability to flex your communication style to suit your audience. - A resilient attitude to change.
