Requirements

• We are open to considering a new graduate who demonstrates strong foundational skills, readiness for emergency medicine, and a willingness to learn. Mentorship will be available, but our clinical environment does require a degree of autonomy and resilience.

• DVM degree from an accredited veterinary school.
• Active veterinary license in AL.
• Previous experience in emergency or critical care is preferred but not required. All experience levels encouraged to apply.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills with a commitment to continuous learning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• A passion for providing exceptional care and improving patient outcomes.
