Your Team, Your Impact Enterprise Business Applications group is responsible to implement and support various applications and tools to support business requirements. What You Can Expect The Senior HRIS Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert in the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of HR systems and processes, with deep specialization in Workday HCM. This role will support cross-functional HR technology initiatives, ensuring data integrity, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across Human Resource functions - including AI-powered HR tools and digital adoption platforms. Partner with HR Centers of Excellence, IT, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable system solutions, serving as a key IT partner on HR projects and cross-team initiatives. Serve as a Workday HCM subject matter expert, supporting end-to-end configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Core HR, Recruiting, Talent, and related modules. Support and contribute to Workday automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency. Manage the HRIS Change Management process, handling the full workflow from request intake through build, testing, UAT, and IT approval using JIRA or equivalent tools. Execute Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) data loads for compensation changes, job changes, position management, requisitions, and other mass data transactions. Administer Workday security roles and access provisioning for global stakeholders, ensuring compliance with data privacy and audit requirements. Configure and support cyclical HR processes including performance reviews, compensation planning, talent management, and recruiting operations. Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, FP&A, and HR Business Partners. Support the evaluation and implementation of emerging HR technologies including AI-powered tools, Conversational AI platforms, and digital adoption solutions such as WalkMe. Contribute to enterprise-wide projects such as system upgrades, global rollouts, and process improvements. Note: This role is based in Cordoba, Argentina, supporting a global team, reporting to a manager in the USA.
