Duties and Responsibilities Reporting directly to the Assistant Reservations Manager, the Reservations Executive is directly responsible for handling telephone enquiries, accepting reservations, and inputting the information into the computer system. Work closely with all Front Office and Sales colleagues, providing lead advice and constant "feedback" concerning both enquiries and firm reservations. Assists in maximizing the hotel's occupancy potential, whilst protecting the hotel's business mix. Maintain a professional yet friendly business manner in all guest and client interactions, both personally and in correspondence and on the telephone. Guide and train the Reservations Agent.
