Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day sales and service support to Area Sales Managers and customers in France
  • Handle inbound calls and emails, identifying and resolving customer queries efficiently

  • Previous experience in a customer service and/or inside sales role
  • Fluent French language skills and mastery of the English language (essential)
  • Strong communication skills with confidence on the phone and via email
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively with internal stakeholders
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A collaborative, team-focused mindset, excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
  • Experience of using MS Office, CRM and ERP systems (Oracle advantageous)

You'll manage a mix of inbound and outbound activity, ensuring queries are handled efficiently and opportunities to add value are maximised. Working as part of a collaborative and high-performing team, you'll build strong relationships internally and externally, developing a strong understanding of our products, systems and processes to support both service and sales success.
