What Will Your Role Be As a member of our B2B team, you will be at the forefront of raising awareness of Spreadshirt and its diverse offerings among globally recognized brands in your role as Strategic Partnerships Manager. You will support the Spreadshirt Pro team in showcasing the value of Spreadshirt's products and services to experienced decision-makers and building strong, long-lasting partnerships. You are passionate about presenting your ideas to potential partners and remain persistent until they are just as excited about them as you are. As a highly organized professional, you stay calm and focused even in demanding situations. You work independently, analytically, and in a structured manner, always keeping your objectives in sight and driving results. What You´ll Do You support the development of new business relationships and ensure that Spreadshirt remains top of mind for key decision-makers You are not satisfied with the status quo and actively contribute to identifying, developing, and expanding new markets and market segments in line with the overall business strategy You manage the entire partnership lifecycle, from concept development and contract negotiations to project implementation and performance measurement You oversee strategic clients and their projects, ensuring successful execution and strong business performance You build and maintain internal and external networks to help drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure the successful delivery of projects You regularly represent and support the B2B team at trade shows, networking events, and on-site meetings with potential business partners What You´ll Bring You have completed a degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable field of study You have professional experience in a B2B sales, B2B marketing, or business development role. Building relationships and working with a wide variety of personalities comes naturally to you You are a strong communicator with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels of an organization. You are fluent in German, both written and spoken, and possess excellent written and verbal English skills.
