Requirements
- Strong experience in US GAAP, IFRS or technical accounting advisory, ideally within a consulting or professional services environment
- Experience supporting M&A transactions, including buy-side, sell-side or carve-out engagements
- Exposure to capital markets transactions such as IPOs, SPACs, M&A, divestitures or US debt offerings
- Exposure to SEC reporting and public company environments
- Practical knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls over financial reporting
- Ability to translate complex technical and regulatory requirements into practical, commercial advice
- Proven people leadership experience, including coaching and mentoring
- Professional qualifications such as CA or CPA (or equivalent) are required
