Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing, testing, and maintaining secure, database-driven web applications using a LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) stack or similar enterprise development environment; 2) Creating standards-compliant, accessible, and device-agnostic code using expert-level HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including experience with modern frameworks; 3) Diagnosing and resolving complex programming problems in both front-end and back-end code to ensure application stability, performance, and security; AND 4) Translating complex functional requirements into technical designs, structured database schemas, and applications.
