What you will need to do: Reports to the Quality Director and Division Director on overall Division's project quality related matters. Manages and coordinates all quality activities, including during the Engineering & Procurement phases of the project and assignment of quality personnel (QC Engineers, QC Inspectors, Document Controllers, and 3rd Party Testing/Inspection Company) to particular activities / work areas on site. Reviews and monitors the application of Company IMS Policies and Procedures applicable to the Quality Department at Project level. Set up and manage the Division's Project Site Quality staff. Responsible for training of new and existing Quality staff. Oversee the Division's Project Quality activities, through frequent site visits and close cooperation with Project Site QC Managers. Coordination and cooperation with the Division Management team, and Project Directors and Managers to address and resolve any Site Quality issues. Cooperation with Client Quality Management to resolve any quality issues. Initiate and drive quality improvement proposals and address issues proactively in coordination with Projects and Corporate quality Department. Lead the required Project Quality Internal Audits. Reviews Contract requirements to determine whether Company IMS documents (plans, procedures, and the like) can be implemented as-is in their entirety, or whether project specific versions are required, and advises the Quality Director and Division Director accordingly. What you will need to have: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering from a recognized/reputed University. Certified as Lead auditor ISO 9001:2015 Good command in Project Quality auditing. Having a total experience of min. 20 years with specific experience as a QA/QC Manager for min. 5 years in the Oil & Gas Projects (Managing QAQC function across Oil and Gas EPC projects with Pipeline, Piping, Tanks, Process Equipment, Structures, Painting & Coating, Insulation). Experience in managing large-scale capital projects by performing regular reviews and critical inspections as and when required. With ADNOC approval as Project Quality Manager You are someone who: Strong Leadership and communication skills Is able to work both independently and as team leader, exercising professional judgment and coordination skills Has excellent organizational skills
