Responsibilities

  • We are seeking a strategic leader to own the end-to-end lifecycle of our threat detection product portfolio. In this role, you will drive the vision and execution of our solutions from initial definition through to market launch and beyond. Responsibilities include:

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of experience, or Masters and 12+ years of experience, or PhD and 8+ years of experience to include 4+ years of people management.
  • Cybersecurity product management focused on leading complex, cross functional initiatives at an enterprise level.
  • Experience designing, deploying, and managing large-scale network detection services within a cloud or hybrid infrastructure environment.
  • Experience building, scaling, or maintaining advanced threat detection platforms, including the integration of AI/ML-driven analytics to identify sophisticated adversarial activity.
  • Experience in networking protocols, traffic analysis and application-level security architectures.
  • Strong understanding of the modern threat landscape, including tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) used by advanced persistent threats.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex security requirements into actionable product roadmaps and strategic technical initiatives.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, drive consensus across engineering and security teams, and mentor high-performing product managers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical security concepts to both executive leadership and technical engineering teams.

  • The starting salary range posted for this position is $230,100.00 to $325,300.00 and reflects the projected salary range for new hires in this position in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation*, equity, or benefits.
