Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 2+ years of project management experience required.
- Experience supporting HR initiatives, organizational change, or business transformation preferred.
- Strong experience using project management tools and methodologies required.

This role combines strong project management expertise with targeted HR operational support to ensure successful implementation of business priorities, HR programs, and organizational changes. This position serves as the primary HR project execution resource, ensuring initiatives are planned, tracked, and delivered effectively using established project management methodologies and tools. In addition, the role provides HR operational support to the Corporate HR business partners to enable execution of AFC&D HR priorities. This role will primarily partner with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and business leaders to support implementation of enterprise HR programs and AFC&D-specific initiatives.
