Responsibilities
- Commercial Lending Team Leadership
- Lead and develop commercial loan officers through performance management, pipeline oversight, credit deal review, and strategic coaching while ensuring accurate forecasting, sound loan structuring, risk-based pricing, and compliance with lending policies.
- Commercial Business Development
- Commercial Credit Administration and Portfolio Management
- Ability to analyze financial statements, assess credit risk, maintain accurate risk ratings, oversee annual reviews and loan renewals, ensure loan documentation compliance, manage loan closings, and monitor portfolio performance to maintain asset quality and minimize credit losses.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
- 10+ years of experience as a senior commercial lender or related experience and prior management experience.
- Solid financial analysis capabilities and understanding of financial statements.
- Thorough knowledge of commercial lending policy, depository services, credit union/banking operations and ability to present the outcomes of complex, technical analytic approaches.
