Java Developer

Responsibilities

• Analyse business and technical requirements and translate them into efficient program code.
• Develop, test, and maintain software applications using Java technologies.
• Ensure coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices are followed.
• Perform unit testing, support integration testing, system testing, UAT, and production implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, bugs, and production incidents.
• Participate in requirements gathering, functional specification reviews, and peer code reviews.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and configuration records.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Team Leads, and other stakeholders to deliver quality solutions.
• Support configuration management, change management, and audit activities.
• Required Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 1-4 years of hands-on experience in Java application development.
• Strong knowledge of Java and enterprise application development.
• Experience with Spring Framework and Oracle Database.
• Knowledge of WebLogic Server, MyBatis, and JSP is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Willingness to travel when required.
