Responsibilities
- Tax Review & Compliance
- Detailed review of federal, state and local income tax returns ensuring calculations, accounting theory, and tax law compliance, particularly focusing on Form 1065, Form 1120S, and Form 1120.
- Review the various workpapers prepared by preparer for its accuracy.
- Team Guidance & Support
- Provide technical guidance and support to tax preparers, especially on complex or challenging issues.
- Conduct induction and ongoing training sessions, including updates on tax laws and software changes.
- Work Allocation & Monitoring
- Assign daily tasks to preparers and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.

- About You:
- For 1040 Returns
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field, with 4 to 6 years of experience in U.S. taxation or a relevant domain.
- Familiarity with SPBinder is an added advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. tax forms, including 1040 (individual), 1041 (estate/trust), and 990 (exempt organizations).
- Strong understanding of tax concepts, industry practices, and procedures.
