Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Schedule : Monday-Friday (8am-5pm) with availability to travel across the state and after-hours availability. Pay Range Minimum: $54,160.00 Education We're Looking for: Minimum of a Bachelor Degree (dependent upon experience) (Required) Certifications We're Looking For: Drivers License (Valid) - USA, Qualified Professional (QP) - Monarch-DSM Experience We're Looking For: Experience overseeing daily operations of residential programs | 2 years | Not Required Experience working directly with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential, community, or day program settings | 3 years | Not Required Experience working with children or adults (dependent upon population served) with a mental health diagnosis or an intellectual/developmental disability | 1-4 years (Dependent Upon Education - see Job Description) | Required Management Experience | 3 years | Not Required Additional Details: SIGN ON BONUS: $2,000 ($500 at 3 months of employment; $500 at 6 months of employment; $1,000 at 1 year of employment) A Qualified Professional (10A NCAC 27G .0104) must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: Bachelor degree (non Human Services) with 4 years full time experience with the population served required Associate or Bachelor degree (Human Services) with 2 years full time experience with the population served required Master degree (Human Services) with 1 year full time experience with the population served required Job Description Summary: The Residential Team Leader, Floater provides leadership and operational oversight across multiple residential programs within LTSS.
