Medical Sales Specialist / Healthcare Solutions Specialist #HDC

Responsibilities

• Manage sales activities and business development initiatives across assigned territories
• Drive product growth through direct sales and distribution channels
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and key stakeholders
• Develop territory strategies to identify new opportunities and expand market reach
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute sales and marketing initiatives effectively
• Monitor market trends, sales performance, and growth opportunities to achieve business objectives
• Support product positioning and customer engagement within the healthcare sector

Requirements

• Degree in Bioengineering, Biomedical Science, Nursing, Life Sciences, or related disciplines preferred
• Prior experience in medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industries will be advantageous
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and business development skills
• Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales and growth targets
