- Required Qualifications and Skills:
- 5+ years of program or project management experience within a Go-to-Market (GTM), Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, or related environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional programs from planning through execution, measurement, and reporting.
- Proven ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Operations teams within a matrixed organization.
- Experience influencing stakeholders and driving alignment without direct authority.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create executive-level presentations, status reports, scorecards, and business reviews.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills with experience tracking KPIs, program metrics, and business outcomes.
- Experience managing multiple priorities, risks, dependencies, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification.
- Experience supporting Sales Acceleration, GTM Execution, Sales Enablement, or Sales Strategy initiatives.
- Familiarity with networking industry products, solutions, and go-to-market motions.
- Experience building executive dashboards, scorecards, and performance reporting frameworks.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and project management tools such as Smartsheet, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting field sales organizations through structured programs, campaigns, or coverage initiatives.
- Background working within technology, networking, or enterprise software environments.
