For GS-07: In addition to MEETING the basic education requirement, Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional Engineer. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying industrial engineering principles and education in developing, implementing, verifying, and completing solutions to technical projects; Effectively working with teams to accomplish organizational objectives; AND Utilizing knowledge of facilities layout, plant design and industrial production planning. OR You have successfully completed 1 year of graduate-level education, directly related to the position. You must provide transcripts. OR You have successfully completed a bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement, directly related to the position. You must provide transcripts.
