Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with reliability test chambers and equipment.
• Knowledge of acceleration test methodology and semiconductor assembly processes.
• Basic programming knowledge (preferred).
• Fast learning ability with good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in drive-level reliability testing (an added advantage).

Additional Information

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain reliability test equipment and chambers, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime. Perform basic troubleshooting and 1st-level recovery for equipment and tester issues. Support equipment setup, buyoff, and verification for new tools and reliability testers. Able to operate (e.g., HAST, TC, Vibration Tester, Bend Tester ) Maintain accurate log sheets, calibration records, and preventive maintenance schedules. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Operations) to support testing needs and resolve equipment-related issues. Ensure adherence to 6S standards, lab housekeeping, and safety protocols. Required: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. At least 2 years of working experience in the same related filed or in manufacturing field Full time positions. Must be able to work independently. Applicants must be willing to work in Batu Kawan, Pulau Pinang. Preferred: Basic programming knowledge
