SUMMARY OF THE ROLE The Permit to Work Coordinator's primary role is to facilitate the implementation of the PtW work process and ensure all aspects of the system are in place, including risk assessments, mitigations plans, LOTO plans and ensure that controls are in line with the NextDecade RGLNG PtW manuals, procedures, and local regulations. The PtW Coordinator serves as the critical interface between Operations and Maintenance, ensuring safe, efficient, and prioritized execution of Permit and LOTO activities across production assets. The PtW Coordinator reports directly to Permit to Work Superintendent and will work with Operation and Maintenance Supervisors to ensure safe execution of work on the facility. The PtW Coordinator will be the custodian for all PtW/LOTO registers kept in the electronic control of work tool and ensure that registers are kept up to date. Confirm that permits and LOTOs are in full compliance with NextDecade's procedures and policies. Will coordinate the approval process and issuance of Permits and LOTOs with all project disciplines.
