Requirements

  • Required
  • Significant experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or related leadership roles, typically 10+ years of experience
  • Proven success managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and financial acumen
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to influence and drive outcomes without direct authority
  • Preferred
  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field
  • Prior Chief of Staff or executive advisory experience
  • Exposure to real estate, energy, infrastructure, or capital-intensive portfolios
  • Experience supporting senior executives or transformation efforts
  • The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
  • United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 177,000 - 265,000 USD / Annual
  • United States - Seattle Office SES : 195,000 - 293,000 USD / Annual
  • United States - Redwood City Office GHQ : 213,000 - 319,000 USD / Annual
  • The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.

This role serves as a strategic and operational force multiplier, enabling both leaders to scale impact, drive disciplined execution, and maintain alignment across complex, globally distributed portfolios. The Chief of Staff will operate at the intersection of enterprise strategy, capital-intensive operations, risk management, and organizational effectiveness, translating high-level priorities into cohesive plans while removing friction across teams. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in ambiguity, excels at multi-threaded problem solving, and can seamlessly shift between strategic advising and hands-on execution across two distinct but interdependent functions.
