This individual will demonstrate accountability for, and contribution to, the Department's daily operations, including fulfilling charge duties as requested Exhibit fiscal responsibility through accurate time-keeping of assigned work shifts (which includes compliance with management-designated start/end times) Participate in program development and quality improvement activities as requested by management Adhere to the Department's established productivity standards. All responsibilities will be carried out in a manner reflective of El Camino Health's We Care values and Medical Staff Code of Conduct and Professional Behavior. Position is enterprise wide, employees will be required to float between campuses.
