Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis : Collect, clean, and analyze project and portfolio data to provide actionable insights
  • Reporting : Maintenance and design of Power BI and/or Excel reports based on available data to support decision-making and portfolio oversight
  • Project Support : Document decisions, update master data, perform invoice-related activities and support stakeholders with analysis and tools
  • Content Creation : Develop user guides, templates, and other materials to enhance stakeholder engagement
  • Platform Management : Improve and maintain communication platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams)
  • Process Improvement : Document and refine internal processes to enhance usability and transparency
  • Y ou will collaborate closely with experienced colleagues and stakeholders, gaining practical experience in project portfolio management and communication excellence.
  • What you bring:
  • Student status with being ideally after second year of Bachelor studies or at the start of a Master's program in a relevant field like Business Administration , IT, Economics or similar
  • Availability of minimum 25 hours per week and willingness to work from office
  • Proficiency in Excel for data roles and potentially experience with Power BI
  • Knowledge of SharePoint and Teams for communication-focused roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Curious , proactive, and eager to learn.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident working independently and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

We are managing the Digital Project, Resource & Investment Portfolios, including Governance processes and our Project Portfolio Solutions. We support Leadership and a wide range of stakeholders, via our experience, processes and data. We convert that into insights, recommendations, and decision support. We are a team of 4 people supported by student assistance in both DK and PL. We work very closely together and take mutual responsibility for our tasks and objectives, and we try to have fun while we are doing it.
