About the role

We are hiring a Client Success Senior Manager to join our Client Sales Development team in Paris ! Wellhub is officially expanding into France, and you will join a high-impact team at the forefront of this new venture! As one of the first Key Account Senior Managers on the ground, you will play a key role in managing our regional success-taking our first enterprise clients from contract signature to full-scale employee engagement. You'll help define the regional Client Success playbook, ensuring our clients become lifelong advocates for the Wellhub mission. This is a rare opportunity to take on real ownership from day one, manage high-level partnerships across the region, and help shape our long-term success in France. This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of two days per week in our Paris office.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end launch process for our first French corporate clients, ensuring a seamless transition from Sales and setting the regional standard for onboarding.
  • Build strong relationships with HR Directors and works councils, aligning our platform with corporate wellness, fiscal benefits, and talent retention goals across the region.
  • Drive the commercial agenda for your portfolio, including renewing, expanding, and renegotiating contracts to ensure Wellhub grows alongside our clients.
  • Analyze local user data to develop tailored communication strategies that resonate with a diverse workforce and drive high engagement across your accounts.
  • Act as a founding member of the regional team, building the Client Success processes and localized materials to shape our long-term sustainability.
  • Collaborate with Global Operations, Marketing and Fitness Partnerships to adapt our tools and engagement strategies to the French landscape.
  • Act as a key source of regional insights for our product and leadership teams, identifying specific French needs to directly shape our go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • You have 5-8+ years of experience in Client Success, Key Account Management, or HR Consulting, with a proven track record of managing large-scale enterprise relationships.
  • You communicate confidently in French (native level) and fluently in English.
  • You're proactive, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in an undefined market environment where you can build regional processes from scratch.
  • You are a data-driven storyteller, with the ability to turn complex reports into a compelling ROI narrative for senior HR stakeholders.
  • You have strong commercial acumen and are comfortable leading high-level negotiations regarding renewals, pricing, and expansion.
  • You are passionate about wellness and genuinely excited to help the Benelux workforce lead happier, healthier lives.
