Responsibilities
- Support Salesforce administration needs across sandbox and production environments, including field creation, lookup relationships, picklist updates, layout assignments, layout updates, and mass data manipulation using Data Loader or similar tools.

- Support training, user enablement, user acceptance testing, Knowledge Resource Library updates, and cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Content & Enablement, B2B Marketing, and Salesforce Operations teams.
- What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience using Salesforce, with hands-on exposure to sales or operational business processes.
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience working with data management, reporting tools, dashboards, and business process documentation.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail and data integrity.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to gather requirements, document requests, support users, and coordinate across departments.
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach that reflects Trust, Teamwork, Transparency, Agility, and Entrepreneurial Spirit in how you partner with stakeholders, adapt to changing priorities, communicate progress, and identify opportunities to improve processes.
