Work with Drones BU Sales leadership to close opportunities.Meet and exceed sales performance goals and company-wide business goals.Manage sales accounts internally and external communication with the customers and key stakeholders.Execute outreach campaigns, content, and marketing initiatives to raise awareness of SES AI's battery products in the battery and defense/commercial communities.Engage with potential customers to understand their technical challenges and position SES AI's solution.Represent SES AI at global conferences, trade shows, and industry events.Maintain and accurate and healthy pipeline of leads, contacts, and customer interactions within CRM systems.Effective cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, legal, and engineering from initial discovery to close to managing customer accounts.Education: Bachelor's Degree required.Experience Level: 1-5 years of sales experience, including customer-facing roles.Negotiation Expertise: Proven sales and negotiation experience with a track record of successfully closing contracts, commercial agreements, or complex B2B deals.Organization: Highly organized with the capacity to simultaneously manage a pipeline of active customer projects in various stages of development; strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Travel: Ability to travel globally when needed to attend trade shows and conferences.Health insuranceEquity / stock options
